Created in collaboration with Rakugei, a traditional foil art workshop in Japan, this fountain pen features the rare Unryūhaku flat foil technique applied by hand by third-generation craftsman Kohei Murata. Each pen has a unique surface pattern, with dark, atmospheric tones and aged silver foil details that catch the light beautifully. Beneath the hand-applied foil is a solid brass body, giving the pen a reassuring weight and balance. Fitted with ystudio’s own 14K gold fine nib, made in Germany, it offers a smooth and considered writing experience.
