Sikigu Emboss Pochi Fukuwarai Gift Envelope with Sticker

A money envelope that comes with a game attached. Transparent stickers of eyes, noses and mouths are supplied loose, and you assemble a face on the front — fukuwarai, the Japanese New Year game played blindfolded.

The paper is embossed with a soft mochi-like texture, so it is pleasant to handle before anyone gets to the stickers. It holds the money and the spare parts together, so the recipient can rearrange the face themselves. Two characters: Okame and Yukidaruma.

Trade notes

The most giftable of the pochi envelopes because the recipient gets something to do rather than just something to open — pitch it for children and for anyone giving money who feels awkward about it. Seasonal peak around Christmas and New Year.
