Object Index A4 BBS Envelope

An envelope scaled up into something you can carry — A4, 45mm deep, and considerably more capacious than the flat shape suggests.

It is made from GA Board FS, a paper stiff enough to hold its form with a laptop or a stack of documents inside. The closure is hook-and-loop rather than a zip, so it opens in one movement and there is no hardware to fail. Good for a short errand, a meeting across town, or carrying papers between desks. Two colours.

Trade notes

A paper bag at a bag price needs the material explained, or customers assume it is disposable — GA Board FS is the answer and it should be said. Reaches a design-led and architecture customer particularly. Ships flat.
