MDF Assorted Retro Matches – Mariner’s Box is a nostalgic collection inspired by the golden era of maritime design, bringing vintage Japanese matchbox art back into everyday life.

Featuring 12 unique nautical-themed designs, each matchbox showcases bold illustrations of ships, voyages, and seafaring motifs with a timeless graphic charm. The boxes are paired into six twin packs, each containing 40 functional matchsticks and presented in a bespoke MDF retail box. First created through a collaboration between Kobe Match Co., Ltd. and Trunk Design Studio, this edition honours the design roots that later inspired the popular hibi incense matches.

Pack sizes explained:

• One trade pack = six individual retail units.
• An individual retail unit is a set of two matchboxes, paired deliberately for their complementary designs. 
• There are six different design sets to choose from.
